CREATE YOUR OWN SIMPLE RULES !
DAY ONE – SIMPLE RULES PHOTO PROJECT
I am so very grateful for our partnership with the Simple Rules Foundation. Packs for Prosperity continues to provide support by distributing backpacks to those in need within our community. The backpacks contain some basic and essential supplies such as water bottles, sunscreen, snacks and personal hygiene products.
The Simple Rules Foundation is built upon the notion of simple rules, and that small actions can make a big difference.
What are Simple Rules?
Simple Rules provide a straightforward and uncomplicated set of guidelines for living your life. They are comprised of what you believe and understand about yourself, offering a common focal point for who you are, what is important to you, and how you want to connect with others. They are based upon your values and the conditions you set to shape the patterns of your life.
Simple rules are also all about action and taking the necessary steps to move toward a sustainable, productive life.
I personally, and as a representative of Packs for Prosperity, wanted to share some of my “Simple Rules” with you by creating images using my photos and some of my “simple rules” that have helped to shape my life and to bring about prosperity and peace. I will continue to post them daily for the next month or more.
My wish is to inspire you to think about the patterns in your life and how we can create change using our own simple rules and by doing “one simple thing.”

Packs for Prosperity
Arizona Gives Day is a day when people all over Arizona go online to make donations to nonprofits they care about. Last year, 573 nonprofit organizations raised over $2 million. Our project is brand new and has raised several thousand dollars as well as distributed over 100 backpacks containing supplies for those in need in the Phoenix metro area since October of 2015.
Our organization is participating for the first time this year!
This year, Packs for Prosperity and the Simple Rules Foundation (our supporting non-profit) has set a goal of $5,000. There are significant prizes for organizations that raise the most in donations and all are focused on supporting our community and the State of Arizona in their unique way.
So I am asking you to make (or consider making) a gift of $ 50 to our Arizona Gives Day campaign and be a part of investing in Arizona. It’s really easy, it is Arizona Gives Day!

Many thanks go out to the members of the Sisterhood of Super Women and to Bellagios’ Restaurant in Mesa, Arizona for supporting our project Packs for Prosperity and the Simple Rules Foundation this past weekend.
The members showed their support by their attendance at our monthly meeting, their cash contributions to the “hope jar” and by bringing supplies such as personal hygiene products, snacks, backpacks and many other basic and essential supplies for our homeless population in Phoenix.
We enjoyed tasty food prepared by Israel, Sam and the owner Mike Bipar and had a wonderful afternoon sharing our passions and the “Super” things that we are doing to make this world and our community a better place for all of us.
Our special thanks goes out to Cricket Fosnaugh for her powerful pencil sketch which she created from a discarded pencil and made especially for the this event along with a phenomenal story to go along with the drawing.
We appreciate the support of the members of the Sisterhood of Super Women. You are all SUPER!

All Women are INVITED to attend!
What is the Sisterhood of Super Women?
I founded the Sisterhood of Super Women in 2009 because I found through my motivational speaking that so many women were feeling like they wanted to do more to not only empower each other but to pay it forward to the super people, places and organizations helping to make our community a better place.
We’ve grown up hearing about Super Man – but not nearly enough about Super Woman. Super – not because we have extraordinary powers – but because we are a community of passionate, strong, smart and giving women who don’t give ourselves or each other enough recognition for all we accomplish.
One Sunday every other month we select a different charity to learn about and support through monetary or in-kind donations. We spend two hours over lunch getting to know about the great work happening in our community while getting to know each other better and the various causes that fuel our passion. We are the Sisterhood of Super Women because we are making a difference in the community we live.
