Sisterhood of Super Women Supports Packs
Many thanks go out to the members of the Sisterhood of Super Women and to Bellagios’ Restaurant in Mesa, Arizona for supporting our project Packs for Prosperity and the Simple Rules Foundation this past weekend.
The members showed their support by their attendance at our monthly meeting, their cash contributions to the “hope jar” and by bringing supplies such as personal hygiene products, snacks, backpacks and many other basic and essential supplies for our homeless population in Phoenix.
We enjoyed tasty food prepared by Israel, Sam and the owner Mike Bipar and had a wonderful afternoon sharing our passions and the “Super” things that we are doing to make this world and our community a better place for all of us.
Our special thanks goes out to Cricket Fosnaugh for her powerful pencil sketch which she created from a discarded pencil and made especially for the this event along with a phenomenal story to go along with the drawing.
We appreciate the support of the members of the Sisterhood of Super Women. You are all SUPER!

Cricket Fosnaugh Creates Drawing
I would love to thank Cricket Fosnaugh (The Pencil Whisperer) for her amazing pencil drawing that she created for this past weekend’s Sisterhood of Super Women event sponsored by Catherine Anaya. The drawing was created and donated to the event by Cricket and the proceeds for the raffle of the original drawing went to Packs for Prosperity.
We received generous donations from the raffle ticket sales as well as bags of donations of supplies for our backpack assembly.
We cannot thank you all enough for your continuing support of our project and for making a difference in the world with your contributions.
Additional thank you’s go out to the wonderful servers, chefs and the owner of Bellagios Pizzeria, Mike Bipar. You made us feel very welcome and the food was exceptional. You all rock!
H2E Design shares its Good Karma
H2E Design and Nicholas Cappele have generously shared their “Good Karma” with Packs for Prosperity this winter.
H2E creates a variety of spa products and candles in its Phoenix based facility. They use only quality ingredients and essential oils in their products and they have beautiful scents along with their other benefits.
H2E has created a line of products specifically for their Good Karma Collection. Each season has its own unique scents. The Winter Good Karma Collection includes the Bayberry, Cinnamon Stick, Hearthside, Lovespell Homme, Lovespell Femme and my all time favorite Orange Chili Pepper.
Each season H2E Design chooses a charity to receive 10% of the product sales of the Good Karma Collection for that season as part of their “Candles for a Cause” campaign.
As promised, Packs for Prosperity received a generous check from H2E Design for the Winter sales!
We will be putting the funds to good use while creating our next big batch of backpacks for those in need in the East Valley and Metro Phoenix. We will be adding small blankets, hats and gloves to these winter packs.
